Meet your Coach

Hi, my name is Rosannah.
I've coached both athletes and skilled workers for over 15 years.
In 2019, I retired as a circus acrobat having worked nationally and internationally with elite performing troupes. Performing as an aerialist required top resilience from my shoulders and spine.
I have worked with athletic techniques from all over the world; Ukrainian Gymnasts, master Physical Therapists and Myofascial experts. My knowledge spans classic anatomy, certification as a Personal Trainer, Acupressure Points, Meridians, Fascial and Kinetic Chains and movement secrets whispered backstage between exhausted acrobats who know, "the show must go on." Have you been dealing with "the grind"? Yeah, I gotchu.

Why "for the Trades"?
I am the daughter of a contractor and have myself worked as a motorcycle mechanic and pipe-bender. Trades-people are exceptionally tough and don't often expect relief from their injuries. Relief is possible and hard-working people deserve it! I bring my knowledge of anatomy to the men and women of the work force to make heathy movement fun and relatable.
