I studied athletic techniques all over the world, including Ukrainian Gymnastics, Physical Therapy and Myofascial Release. My knowledge base spans classic anatomy, certification as a personal trainer, acupressure points, fascial kinetics and energetic work.

Functional Strength and Mobility.My coaching technique focuses on whole body integrity, joint health and athletic longevity. Strength is always built in conjunction with mobility. This balance both protects joints and enables greater generation of power. An arm is only as strong as the shoulder and spine that move it. Using the whole body in coordination results in stronger athletes with more endurance and fewer injuries.
